Hi Todd. Just wanted to say thanks for your emails and setting up this great site. A lot of my friends are big fans of the movie and are enjoying the site also. I look forward to keeping in touch and hopefully meeting in 2009 for the big trip.

Wow, we might just have to have half the people stay overnight in Stewart motels while the other half fills up that single motel in Hyder. :) Or is there another one somewhere in Hyder? Hard to believe that it's approaching 4 years since the last trip. Can't wait for the next trip. I'll definitely look into what kind of kayaking can be done. Seeing Bear Glacier up close would be cool (and perhaps a bit dangerous).

Oh, and is Murray coming along as our tour guide (i.e. are we paying him?) or is it just something he wants to do for himself?

SPC: I believe Murray is coming on his own interest. He has been to that area many times and loves it. For him it is a trip down south! :P To anyone seriously interested in attending just post or send me your name and location and I can add you to the trip roster. T

I estimate it's going to cost about $1400 in airfare alone. So I'm looking at $2000 all in. That's a bit steep, but I do want to go. And if I save my pennies...
