Abs!
I'm really focusing on developing my abs. I still have fat to drop, but I want the muscle there when the fat finally melts. Here was a video of some exercises I'm gonna try: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdzS43Pff1w&feature=user Todd, I was curious about your tips for hanging leg lifts.

Hanging Leg Raises for abs - can't beat 'em! Don't swing or use any body momentum to bring your legs up. You can start off building up strength on this exercise by doing them first with your knees bent and then progress to doing them straight leg: http://www.shapefit.com/abs-exercises-hanging-leg-raises.html (Lotsa great ab exercises here.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0ysNevIv0w (Very good form, you can also use a supinated grip - palms facing each other - much less stress on your rotor cuff while hanging - if your gym has these grips.) Thanks Todd. I'm going to hit abs more fully this afternoon. Going to hit hanging leg raises and also obliques.

Just thought I'd jump in here and say I do the leg raises and decline sit-ups as well.
