Aerobics. Hey Todd (or anyone else who can answer this.)
I'm now considering including aerobics into my exercise for a change of pace. My problem is that I can't deal with any I've seen. They are geared to women, and I can take watching that stuff exept for maybe the cheap thrill. lol Any DVD's/programs that are more, uh... manly? No need for military boot camp videos or some UFC fighter training videos, but something that doesn't reek of so much estrogen. No offense to the ladies on our Board. I LOVE estrogen... and ladies... :D

Hmmm. I see what you are thinking of. Just want to point out first that you are indeed doing aerobic exercise when you are using your treadmill and bike at home, and walking or riding your mountain bike outside. That is all cardiovascular aerobic exercise, which burns body fat. When you are lifting weights that is anaerobic exercise which burns glycogen.
Most of those exercise DVD's are geared to woman. I'm really unfamiliar with them but I know there are a few like Tae Bo and Boxing workout ones. You can easily find them around, Wal-Mart, etc. If this interests you and motivates you then go for it. As long as you are moving it is good. From what I've seen of the ones that incorprate a martial art like cardio kickboxing you will get a Hell of a workout. I guess they have different levels. (?) Again, I'm not too up to speed on exercise DVD's. Let me know if you find anything and how it pans out.
Basically, it's all good.
