Legally they can't due to liscensing issues. But if you say the name "Biller" as fast as possible it sounds like Blair. :wink:

Changing the name won't actually save you from copyright lawyers. The name Blair is not copyright, anyone can be called Blair. What is copyright imagery derived from the movie which this clearly is. That's called Intellectual Property. They'll probably be fine because the movie is quite old now and the Universal legal team will probably never spot it, but when they do be assured that the name change will not fool them or make it legal. Mostly they just issue an order to cease trading and demand ceasure of stock and provide records of how many sold etc. You couldn't very well pretend the mask was not inspired from the movie.
