Ok, I was in New York for five days. In that time I didn't touch a weight. But I was with my girlfriend, so there was some cardio. Also, we went trapezing. It was awesome.

Damn! Haven't been able to update my log. But I'm still hitting it hard. 05/30/08 Chest 4X6 225 lbs Incline bench 95 lbs 4X8 Decline 135 lbs 4X6 Triceps Cable pulldowns Full stack + Robb pushing down 2X8 2X6 Dips between two benches with my feet on one of the benches and a 45 lb plate in my lap 4X12 Abs using the medicine ball.

06/02/08 Monday Biceps Dumbell curl 4X6 40lbs Twenty-ones 3 sets 55lbs Preachers (dumbell) 4X8 25lbs Hammers 4X8 25lbs HIIT on staionary bike Went back and did 4X12 sets of behind the body barbell curls for forearms Then 4X12 forearm curls Then the hammer motion forearm movement with a 25 lb dumbell.
