To be honest, I still feel pretty under the weather. I've got drk circles under my eyes, my throat hurts (though it's better than yesterday), my feet are cold-sweating and I am just feeling very un-energized.
I think I will give myself another day for healing.

Finally, I felt strong enough to go at it again.

Military press

3X10 Full Stack (I think it's 180 lbs...)
Standing Lateral Raises

Then I did a HIIT
Good god did that kill! But I felt the results the next morning right away. I have to start going back to HIITs.
I'm considering doing 10 minutes every day or so, instead of 20 minutes 4 times a week...

I did 200 pushups and then tricep dips in 15 minutes and then a HIIT.
It doesn't sound like much, but it hit me hard!
I'm definitely gonna do pushups more often...

I'm still in it to win it!
I was in NYC for 10 days and just wasn't able to post, though I was still training. It was cool because I switched over to cardio mixed with prison-style workouts. Lots of pushups and squats and chin ups.
When I got back I was buried in deadlines. I just wrapped up a huge project, more or less, and will go back to my normal work schedule.
And tmrrw I am back at my home gym. I'm full of energy and totally motivated. I think I was burning it way too hard on the cardio, so eased it back while I was in NYC. It was a good move because I feel totally fresh.
