Dutch soccerplayer Boulahrouz loses child
Dear Friends and members of the Outpost #31, Holland is in grief as we learned today that Khalid Boulahrouz and his wife Sabia have lost their baby-girl. Khalid left the training early on thursday, after his wife went into pre-labor. The report states that their child came 4 months to early and died after 24 hours. From this point I want to pay my upmost respect to Khalid and his wife Sabia. :cry: :cry: Khalid Boulahrouz

My wife and I went through the same thing. However, the child of Sabia and Khalid was much older, but the pain is the same. Khalid made it clear that he is willing to stay with the team, which have supported him and his wife through this difficult and hard times. Times like these show us how everything is in perspective, and that this is just a football tournament. But Khalid is able to play and he's willing to play against Russia. And that's the way it is.

An awful thing for any parent to endure. :cry:
