E3 2008
With things starting on the 14th you will be able to get the la-*test*-('") news on the upcoming games.....there are trailers out for Fallout 3, Project Origin (FEAR 2) and others. of course my interest will be on Far Cry 2 which eveyone will be able to play cause it will be on all platforms (no uber computer needed) :wink: For some great HD Videos click the link below....my favorites are the Deception Tutorial, Tech Demo. I have a wishlist of things that I would like to be announced at this year's E3. Apart from games already mentioned, I'd personally like to see Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Stories (hear they're making it for the Wii) and more info on the upcoming Halo spin-offs that have already been announced, particularly Halo DS and more Gears of War 2 info. :D

Yeah, if anbody gets some juicy tidbits, please post them here. I heard the rumor is another Halo game (shocked! :roll: ) Not that I'm complaining, because the Halo games have always been fun.

The Microsoft conference wasn't very good. I did like the Fable 2, Fallout 3, 8 person voice chat. RE5 looks pretty much the same as RE4 which isn't so bad and hey, co-op terrific. Otherwise it was a meh. Microsoft copied Nintendo with their Avatars (Miss anyone), the new super duper 3d dashboard is odd, id rather stick with what we have and I wasn't big on the other games really.

Any news about Left 4 Dead ? :)

Never heard of it, but if it's already been announced it's bound to have something about it at this year's E3. As for a new Halo game, not gonna happen. Bungie's contract with Microsoft has been expired (or will be after Halo Wars)b and they've already stated numerous times that Halo 3 was the last official release. Personally, I don't think Halo could carry on afterwards without turning repetitive. RE5 looks prolific, looks like everything RE4 was and more. I really cannot wait for it to be finally released and I sincerely hope they have good coverage on it at E3.

I'm ashamed, nothing on Empire: Total War yet.
