Wow. Great topic.
I have to conciously force myself to stay hydrated. I have a bottle of water with me most of the time, but I admit sometimes I just plain forget.

I printed this one up and put it on my fridge as a reminder to drink more water. I know I do OK, but need to pack it in even more.

I'm drinking very close to 1 gallon of water a day, about 4 litres. A lot of that is in the form of green/herbal tea. I drink it hot or cold. You can also flavour water with a bit of fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice.
