Hello to all, men
Hello guys (and possibly girls). My name's Alexander (Alex?) and my nickname means "polar explorer" or "crewman of polar station" in russian. I saw the movie first time in the childhood and surprisingly remembered it well (the most shocking for me was the death of Garry cause I liked him the most). Well, all our family likes this film though grandmum and mum think its too frightening, but dad finds it one of the best science fiction movies ever shot. My brother and I know it nearly by heart. Our interest to the movie was strongly heated by video game and the fact that our geography teacher also liked it. Unfortunatly it's nearly unpossible to see it on the wide screen in Russia, so the best I have is DVD. Funny thing: the first time I saw this film we were using video casette player similar to one in the film (its soviet copy), used by Palmer :D Just in case... Now I'm 19 and iI'm studiing in the high scool. One more thing (not THE THING probably :) ) I'm not native english-speaker so excuse my mistakes :oops:
