I dont know if they will do a good joob with a remake. Almost all horror films nowadays sucks or am i wrong? I doubt that if they did a remake that it will hold the same class as JCs. But who knows maybe it will turn out good.

Interesting... I'd prefer a sequel over a remake.

I seriously hope they don't make it like one of those action-esque horror movies. I would personally kill the director... The artwork IMO doesn't look nearly as good as the original dog-thing, but maybe it's because there weren't any special effects done on it yet. Who knows.

Looks kind a cool. But a strange dog for a snowy environment I think. Looks kind a creepy though.

I don't want to see ANY beautiful people in it,teens or women. Just gruff blokes, who all, deep down want to kill each other. Nearly walked out on Cloverfield because of all the affluent pretty people in it at beginning...

Nobody's stomach turned at the gormless dizziness of the barely post teen party goers in Cloverfield? Blokes with as much machismo as Minnie Mouse, my god, the one with George Michael stubble was heading off to become a company president in Japan. He looked like a narcoleptic having an episode. What I always loved about The Thing was how the presence of an alien allowed the crew of the station to exercise previously held dislikes and hatred of each other. I lent my copy of The Thing to a much younger work colleague. The fool disliked it...but promptly changed his opinion when I mentioned that Tarantino was inspired by it when making reservoir... Off topic ranting..... :lol: sorry folks
