There is a lot of truth in it but I sometimes find the way the guy is expressing his opinions really annoying.

I thought it was helarious. Tried to find more reviews by him, but the rest seemed to be for really old games.

That was an awesome, funny review.
My favorite part was where he says "GAME OVER WHITLEY." in a deep voice.

I just watched the movie. It's a very negative view on the game. You don't have to expect that they make a game that has to be 100% depended on the storyline of The Thing from 1982, just because casual gamers who are not interested in the movie, or didn't see it at the time (like me) have to be interested too. The graphics at the time were just high rated, and the sounds (much bass etc.) is just very good. The concept and A.I. did not suck for 2004. He thought the developer had a budget of 300 million dollar for this game which, much gamers don't know. It's not a Halo 2 based game from Bungie, or Quake from ID Software, it's just a project for the fans, so nog the largest public in the world. He does not say any negative or positive thing about the good graphics and sound effects at all. I think he just thought 100% negative on the game and just looked for all the faults he could find. If you look at it that way every game has a lot of faults. Even Halo 3. The Thing is not perfect at all, the storyline is not correct, we know, the gameplay is good enough for 2004, the A.I. and the trust-system is innovating, but not 100% perfect of course and the graphics are good enough at the time. It has negatieve, either positive things, so... I think the point of view of the reviewer was just the wrong one and to negative.
