Ok guys i need to lose the spare-tire................ Ive let myself go over the last few months and need to shift the beer guy and yes the pecks have become floppy man boobs.
Im on a crash course diet at the minute as im on holiday next month but would like any tips on keeping it off for good.
My diet (as of today) is high in protein low in fat, salt and carbs.
im also taking L-Carnitine any info on that.

Sounds good. If you don't mind posting what is your height/weight/age?
You can certainly diet but don't restrict your total calories too much: "crash diet". It will backfire. Be sure you are eating 5 times/day, 3 medium meals and two large snacks. (I am eating my third time today as I type this.) Taper your carbs later in the day. A beer gut and man boobs (aka body fat) is burned with cardio, so get active. You should be doing 30-45 min. of cardo at least 4-5 days a week.
L-Carnitine is an amino acid known to aid in fat loss, is isn't crucial at all, save your money.

Yes im 5 9/ 26 and 190lbs.
Thanks for info any good adivice on fat burning suppliments.
