Reunion
Dear Friends and members of the Outpost #31, Yesterday I recieved an e-mail from a girl I went to school with, about 22 years ago (yes, the 'Dark' ages :wink:).... I registered in a 'looking for school-mates' site, years ago. She asked me if I remembered her, being in the same classes in those days. She is willing to organise a reunion. Reading the mail, many names came up and I could recall several faces in my mind. I recall this girl (now an adult woman, of course) very vividly. Being a teenager in those days, some schoolgirls just were 'my type'. You know, dark hair, rebellious, curved in all the right places :oops: . Needless to say, she was one of them. :wink: She's going to call me this week, haha. I wonder how she, and all the others, look now. As for me, young Grasshopper was a skinny type of guy in those days, weighing about 60 kg. and being 184 cm long. 22 years later, Grasshopper is still 184 cm long and still weighs 60 kg. Only difference is that I'm in a good physical and mental condition, gathered by 8 years of intensive Martial Arts training. The site has pictures of me practicing Kung Fu (show-off indeed, haha). In some occaisions, young Grasshopper was the centre-point of a bully-raid......I'll guess that some of these guys are getting nervous. :wink: I'll keep you posted

After 22 years expect a letdown... I have been in very similar circumstances myself. Yet another countless benefit of "the lifestyle". Enjoy.... T

Being a teenager myself, I can't possibly imagine what it would be like to meet up with some of my old friends 20 years down the road from now, along with what some of them might become. Do keep us updated.

If I'm a rock star (which I plan to be) by the time I'm presented with a high school reunion, I'm definitely going. Also to hear all the stories about the jocks and preppies who would then be convicted felons and sex offenders. The feeling of vindication would be unbelievable. In fact, I already have one former high school friend who now blows all his money on strippers. And I only graduated in '05.

Today, I had a nice call with her. Seems that she's on a bumpy road these days (which is a very sad story) and has 2 girls. Her voice was pretty much the same. She was very open and I found out that she's still in touch with 2 other girls from school. The reunion hasn't been set on a specific date, but she's gathering names. I am very happy to talk to her. Looks like I found a friend where I never thought it would be possible. Todd, it seems that this woman aged like wine, not like vinegar. :wink: She saw my pics on the board and stated that I haven't changed physically. She claimed to be pretty much the same, which is a good thing. I'll keep you posted....
