Hell, I watched it... I think it sets the tone for a very "in your face" kinda film. Less spectacle. Even in the first few minutes, you could see the character of the Joker as a stone cold killer. I'm even more excited to see it now...

Looks amazing! The last few Batman movies were nothing but decent IMO, but this one seems interesting. I like the dark, edgy tone of the trailer. Kinda reminds me of Batman Returns, I guess (The one with the Penguin), but less theatrical and more psychotic. Thanks for sharing!

The last Batman movie was spectacular IMO. I can't wait to see this one in theaters soon enough! I shall not watch the beginning until I see the actual movie!

Can't wait to see this film...just about every pre-screening had the critics raving. I've been eager to see Ledger's performance ever since the first trailer came out, which was...shit, a year ago? It's on the bloody horizon now!

I'll wait till the theatre shows it......which is of course weeks later than all of you lucky ones....haha

Yeah, I'm avoiding all bootleg/pirate versions of The Dark Knight as it sounds like a tour de force of cinema and perhaps Heath Ledgers grea-*test*-('") performance. The reviews of this film are nothing but high praise. It seems that this film will be what the Empire Strikes Back was to the Star Wars series, something that just totally blew everyone away with its dark tones and sheer awesomeness. Many are also touting oscar nominations, especially for Heath. Check out the reviews on AICN for more.
