The Flood and The Thing Comarison
Ive noticed in The Halo Graphic Novel that the Last Voyage of Infinate Succor that the Prophet would not give the Spec Ops the access codes unless they -*test*-('") themselves to see if they are free of infection it reminded me of the thing are they the same?

They are very close but not the same. For the Flood the infect by these little bug things, well you should know how "The Thing" infects. The flood does not make replicas too.
