Just got back on Saturday afternoon from the screening. It was awesome. The theater was not as packed as I thought it might be, but there were some true Thing fans there, including myself. The print was an older print and quite scratched at the beginning. Seeing it again on the big screen almost 26 years later was excellent. The audience also applauded during the opening credits and end credits. All in all, the Drafthouse rocks. I have pictures that I would like to post (with me doing my best Mcready), but i'm not too computer savvy and may need some advice on how to post them. (I have them on digital cd disc). Please let me know how I can post and I will.
