Two questions for the peanut gallery...
1. It's a scientific fact that most muscle recovery/rebuilding takes place when we're asleep. So....wouldn't it make sense to slam a protein shake before bed so that the muscles will get the things they need when they need it the most? 2. I've seen no mention of creatine in these threads. Is it worth it? Does it work at all?

1. Very true, and you are correct. You DEFINITELY want to eat before going to sleep for the night. Just eat the right food, protein is a must. Solid food protein would be better then whey (shake) as it would digect and be absorbed more slowly. 2. Creatine, yes it works. I've used it twice in the past and noticed a significant gain in strength, almost immediately: 5-7%. If you are training very hard, competitively, it would give you a definite advantage. That's my experience with it. T
