Wow awesome. I'm liking what I'm seeing thus far. Making the Watchmen into a movie is no simple task but I must say this is looking well done.

My prior misgivings about this movie are evaporating like mist in morning sunshine. This looks FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!

Hmm, looks very interesting indeed. And I like the choice of music too! :)

I didn't get to see the previews before the Dark Knight. I got there just in time. The IMAX is like an hour from my house. :P But this does look interesting. It's a very good trailer, and I thought I heard the voice of David Hayter, the voice of Solid Snake in Metal Gear Solid, towards the end of the trailer.

am I the only one that is seeing this thread all messed up? I see FF post inside of Pie's reply post to mine.. and I don't see a comment from Pie at all

The board has been doing it a lot lately.

Seeing it in Imax was amazing

The voice at the end was Jackie Earle Hayley, the actor portraying Rorschach. I've heard a lot of opinions from both sides of the fence on this movie. Some people don't want to give it a chance. Some are stoked. Me, I'm stoked. Also, this fact: Zack Snyder was originally against a Watchman movie, believing it would never translate properly to big screen. He then convinced Warner to give him the directing job when he realized they weren't going to drop the project so that he could ensure it was as true to the novel as possible. Also, I think most of David Hayter's involvement as been removed. Not 100% but I don't thin they're using his script anymore.
