If I drink 6-8 glasses of water a day will that really help flush the crap out of my body or look stupid and make me pee alot.

It will make you look far from stupid and will probably make you visit a washroom more often but the benefits are enormous. My fluid intake has gone up by about 1/3 in the heat. 104F with Humidex today!!!! :P I am drinking darn close to 5 litres of water or green/herbal tea a day right now (I drank close to 1.5L just during my arm workout yesterday - hot in the gym!) but with the heat haven't noticed my output that much higher. Yes, drink a good amount of water. T

It just hit a record 41C/105F here... We may have long, frigid winters but it can steambath in the summers. No complaints by me, but it is HOT. Doing work outside and running around this morning I have already taken in 2.5L of liquid today, and it's just past noon. Gonna drink a bit of Gatorade this aft too - it's gonna be a scorcher. T

Damn that's hot! We were at 95 here but damn!

We actually hit 45C/115F on Friday, June 6th. The heat is still here today, it's currently 42C/108F. T
